Acceptable Use Policy

NEXORA exists to help people newly arrived in the United States with everyday tasks — writing clear English, organizing documents, preparing for calls and appointments. To keep the service safe, honest, and useful for everyone, please read what we do and do not do.

What we do

  • Write personalized emails, chat scripts, and phone scripts in clear English.
  • Organize and format PDFs you already have, and produce indexed binders.
  • Provide general (non-certified) translation of short documents for personal use.
  • Prepare written city-specific guidance on phone plans, internet, transit, and shopping.
  • Draft rental inquiry emails and organize application materials for you to submit yourself.
  • Rewrite résumés and cover letters in US format, prepare interview questions and answers.
  • Explain bills and letters you have received, and prepare you for a customer-service call or appointment.

What we do NOT do

  • Legal advice or representation
  • Immigration advice, filings, or petitions
  • Financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Tax preparation or filings
  • Insurance selection, enrollment, or claims filing
  • Opening bank, brokerage, or credit accounts on your behalf
  • Government-agency registration on your behalf
  • Certified, sworn, or notarized translation
  • Signing documents on your behalf
  • Holding, transferring, or handling customer funds
  • Acting as a real-estate agent or broker

If a request requires any of the above, we will decline the order and refund your payment in full. Where possible, we will suggest the type of licensed professional you should contact instead.

Requests we will always decline

  • Anything that would deceive, defraud, or impersonate another person.
  • Anything intended to influence a court proceeding, government filing, or regulated professional matter.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or endangers any person.
  • Requests to write content that violates a school, employer, or platform's honor code or terms.
  • Any request for us to make phone calls, sign documents, or open accounts on your behalf.

Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is using our Services in a way that violates this policy, email nexorawebllc26@gmail.com. We take these reports seriously.
